How does editorial review work?
Every submission — regardless of tier — is reviewed by our editorial team for clarity, factual presentation, and suitability before publication. Reviews are typically completed within one business day.
What's the "fair use" limit?
The Unlimited tier allows generous submissions, but to protect newsroom quality we cap submissions at an average of 10 per week (looking at a rolling 7-day window). Most agencies and PR firms operate comfortably below this.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll keep access until then.
Do I need a photo for every release?
Yes — at least one cover photo (uploaded as an image file, not a URL) is required on every tier. Releases without imagery cannot be approved.
What payment methods?
Payment is handled outside this platform. After subscribing here you'll be taken to checkout via your chosen processor (PayPal or Square). Manual activation by an editor is also available for invoiced clients.
Can releases be rejected?
Yes. Submissions may be rejected at editorial discretion on any grounds — including factual concerns, suitability, or violation of submission guidelines. Your tier limit is not affected by rejected submissions.
