Every release corrected after publication, with the date and the substance of what changed. A release is never quietly rewritten: the notice stays on the page and the entry stays here.
Nothing has needed correcting yet. This page exists so that when something does, there is somewhere for it to be recorded rather than a decision to be made about whether to record it.
